Your first visit costs more than the ones after it, and it should. We are not maintaining a home on that visit — we are undoing however long it has been since the last proper clean.

We price each visit for the work in front of us. A week of living in a house is not the same as a month of it, so a weekly visit and a monthly visit are not the same job and are not priced the same.
